About Us

 Lisa Stedman is the Founder of Collier Citizens Against Sex Trafficking. She was born and raised in New York and moved to Naples in 2014. As a domestic abuse survivor, she was able to rebuild her life, and that of her three children, through the assistance of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children. Lisa’s strong faith in God, desire to help empower victims and help prevent further victimization of the vulnerable within her community, led her to starting CCAST.  

David Stedman is the CEO of CCAST. He has been working for Emergency Medical Services for more than 22 years as a Database Administrator analyzing
performance, identifying challenges and offering solutions to upper management on all aspects of emergency response. Researching ways to improve and enhance services going forward as growth demands.
Author of the Emergency Services section of the Horizon Study. A study meant to approximate service
needs and resources for the area east of 951 for the next 30 years. An ambitious project that I was honored to have been chosen to join.
Elected to Fire Commissioner and then re-elected for an aditional 3 terms before deciding not to run again in 2022.
